Part 3 of a 10 part architectural drawing and print set made with ink and watercolour on paper by the first prize design competition winners, Fawcett and Ashworth. The £500 first prize was awarded in May 1900 and the design was implemented over the next 10 years until it was completed in 1910. It was coloured to represent the materials to be used as described in the report of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Railways dated 1/10/00.
